4. Service Guarantee

• Our pipe relining installations come with a 25-year installation guarantee.

• The relined pipes have a life expectancy of up to 50 years.

• Guarantees do not cover damage caused by external factors such as misuse, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Refunds are subject to our assessment and may exclude any costs already incurred.
